Can I Do This?

Yes! Almost anyone can train here.

Has your doctor told you to exercise and stay active? If you can stand up, walk around, and pick something up off the ground—even with difficulty—you can train with us. If you can do more than that, even better!

You do not have to be strong to start training!

Do you have any of these conditions?

  • High blood pressure

  • Arthritis

  • Low back pain

  • Neck pain

  • Asthma or COPD

  • Vertebral compression fractures

  • Diabetes

  • Obesity

  • Coronary artery disease

  • Parkinson’s disease

  • Osteopenia/Osteoporosis

  • Fibromyalgia or neuropathy

  • Artificial Joint(s)

  • Mobility issues

  • ORIFs

  • Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis

  • Multiple Sclerosis

  • Anxiety or depression

  • Residual weakness from trauma, surgery, or stroke

These are not reasons why you cannot train. These are all reasons why you must train—to minimize the symptoms and impact of these conditions and prevent them from dictating your destiny.

 

We understand that it can be scary to start a new exercise regimen if you have any of these complications. What is most important to realize is that you are not broken and improvements can be made in your quality of life. Come discuss your goals and any concerns you have with us. We have likely made great progress with someone just like you in the past.
